Eric LeMay received an MFA in writing from Columbia University and a PhD in English literature from Northwestern University. An award-winning instructor, he currently teaches writing at Ohio University and serves as Web Editor for Alimentum: The Literature of Food. His work has appeared in The Nation, The Harvard Review, The Paris Review, Gastronomica, and Poetry Daily. He has also published one book of poems. He is married to his fellow writer and co-taster, Chuck.
